This was a project I worked on that challenged my creativity and ability to develop a project from just a name and slogan.
Process
Working in Illustrator, I made the logo, picked the font, and got an overall idea on what I wanted. Then it was time for photoshop, using a mockup I added the four flavors to the blank cans. Increasing the reflectiveness of the cans as needed to boost the elegance of the overall look. Finally In After Effects I added music, images and a narrative to the brand promoting it as something for everyone to enjoy whether going out or staying in.
A Quick Turnaround
I drew up/storyboarded, illustrated, created mockups, and animated this whole project within 24 hours. It was a challenge to work this fast but one I had fun with the whole way. I’m happy with this one, I find the cans look simple yet hold a bit of that fanciness the assignment was looking for. I also woulde’t change much, I enjoy the colors names and music I picked. Though two things I would have spent more time on would be the kerning and secondary font choice.
